Toni, the paper is Stonehenge..dampened Acrylic applied with a wide custom made chisel-edged tool.
I'm always surprised by color combinations I thought wouldn't work ...this one just came out in a demonstration with the leftover colors on my palette :) You just never know. I liked the movement.
