This is the view from Sugarloaf Golf Resort where Pete and my brother Chris played golf. We have vowed to return next year at the beginning of October to explore the area more fully. I really want to hike the portion of the Appalachian Trail that runs through the area. I am reminded when I travel north to re-read my Thoreau and his travels through Maine .......
