Yesterday I had friends over for a day of visiting, making art and eating!
Cupcakes have been on my mind for awhile and these were the result of that obsession. I think perhaps they were my best art of the day....
Vanilla laced white cakes with intense vanilla frosting.
Now I wish they would disappear from my counter. I can't bear to toss them away but I can't resist eating the calorie laden treats either.

I put SO much vanilla (madagascar) in the frosting and the batter that chocolate was not necessary!
There is always chocolate lurking in my "chocolate drawer" though for my daily fix..
