Oh, How I love ginger! I'm always looking for the ultimate gingersnap, a dark, rich gingerbread, (I have a wonderful recipe) ginger marmalade on a crusty English muffin, ginger chews, fresh ginger grated in squash soup, sugared ginger root candy.
